Staring a new project, creating a proper survey site setup is an important step. Base Surveys provides the horizontal and vertical control requirements to get your project underway. 

We prepare construction layouts for all surface improvements, building construction, road construction and deep utilities.

Most project costs are based on quantities of material moved, and we know it is very important to all parties involved. We provide both field survey support and office support, depending on the client needs. To provide quantity surveys we use either Robotic Total Station, GPS or Aerial surveys and convert data to the appropriate survey system as requested by clients.

If you need high level site photos for progress updates, aerial photos are excellent options.
